This column was fantastic, as one of the unfortunate “dirty soldiers,” who deployed before the chinooks showed up, I can say that having to bum a ride off of nationalities for whom we were not first priority sucked. I’m glad to hear that at least we have our own choppers now. Keep up the good work.
